Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026. MACH RUN is a hypothetical household planning calculator. It is not a broker, bank, fiduciary, or advisor. MACH RUN is operated by Time of Flight LLC, and Florida law governs these terms.
Accounts
You may register with email or a sign-in provider. You are responsible for the account and for the numbers you type. Do not share your password.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Manage billing. The current period is not refunded except where the law requires it. Access lasts through the paid period unless the account is closed for abuse. For Advisor Lite and Advisor Unlimited trials, the card is charged when the trial ends unless canceled before then. The plan renews until canceled.
Not advice
MACH RUN does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Projections are illustrations from the numbers you enter. See the disclaimer below.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attack the service, scrape other people’s data, or overload the site. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
Your data

Limitation
MACH RUN is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from a calculated run or from OODA AI.
